Camille Rouxel - Chartered Physiotherapist
Camille Rouxel - Chartered PhysiotherapistMISCP, Bsc Physiotherpay, Bsc Sports Rehabilitation, Women's Health Specialist.
I am a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and sports rehabilitator with experience in helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including professional football, the NHS, and private clinics. This has allowed me to better understand the diverse needs of patients at different stages of their recovery.

In 2019, I published research exploring the factors influencing return-to-sport after childbirth, which sparked my interest in women’s health. In 2025, I expanded my expertise to include the assessment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, including conditions such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.

I am passionate about supporting women to stay active throughout their lives, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period, when the body undergoes significant changes. I aim to provide a supportive environment that helps women navigate these challenges with confidence and care.

By combining evidence-based practice with a strong understanding of the female body, I take a holistic approach that integrates exercise-based therapy and manual therapy techniques. My goal is to help women recover from injury, stay active during pregnancy, return to sports postpartum, and maintain long-term physical health and well-being.
